At House of Shahirani, every handcrafted dupatta is prepared and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During collection launches or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted Canadian courier partners.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within Canada.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays & Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, House of Shahirani is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare event your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at shahiranibybobbydupattas@gmail.com with your order details and tracking number. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.
